How do I set up influencer codes in SNT?

  1. This Loom shows you step-by-step how to set up promo codes for influencers to use when promoting the property. Following this structure will give their followers complimentary access to the Wellness Haven if they book a stay. 
  3. Before sharing these codes, please be sure to give SNT roughly 30 minutes to sync, then test the code on the website and ensure that "Social Exclusive - Wellness Haven Access" is showing as the selected rate in the booking engine (under SELECT A RATE OR PACKAGE). 
  4. We can also deep link to these specific codes - there is another HKB article on Olive deep linking, but for these influencer codes specifically, you will just replace the below portion of the URL that says PROMO with the code name (ex: SYDNEY)
